About the Opportunity

• Maintain financial systems in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Prepare and manage preparation of monthly consolidation of financial statements and reporting, annual budgets, cash forecasts, and special analysis
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit
• Communicate effectively and lead others through change and new strategic initiatives
• Able to build effective teams, coach and develop others
• Able to leverage technology for automation, transparency, accountability and cooperation
• An individual who seizes opportunities and takes initiative as appropriate

About You

• Bachelor's Degree
• CPA is an asset
• Previous accounting experience with an understanding of the financial month end process
• 8+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP accounting principles & procedures
• Experience working in technology, business services, or manufacturing environment
• Proficient user of ERP packages, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Great Plains 
• Exceptional Interpersonal skills, a collaborative style, solution oriented, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Pay Rate

$50/hour
