Our client is a leading service provider in the mail industry. They are currently looking for a Controller to work closely with the senior management team and undertake all aspects of the financial management functions for the company.

About the Opportunity

• Maintain financial systems in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Prepare and manage preparation of monthly financial statements and reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, cash forecasts, and special analysis.
• Manage treasury functions.
• Manage and supervise direct reports.
• Work with the outside advisors to prepare tax filings.
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit.
• Develop and oversee accounting policies and procedures to meet both current and future business models.
• Integrate and manage an accounting system to allow for acquisitions.
• Evaluate new ways to improve efficiencies across the Company.
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial and accounting policies and procedures that enable a robust control environment

About You

• CPA Designation
• Navision experience 
• Accounting Manager or Controller experience in a small to mid-sized company
• Retail sector experience is a strong asset
• Experience with Quickbooks and SQL reports is a strong asset

Salary Range

$100,000 - $110,000/year
