This is a great opportunity to develop and utilize your skills in a growing company where you will always be challenged every day.  As a key member of the Finance team, reporting to the President, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the full cycle accounting process.

About the Opportunity

• Develop and oversee full cycle accounting process such as reporting, GL, A/P, A/R, payroll, budgeting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis

• Full cycle month end close process (journal entries, accruals, and reconciliation)

• Identify and implement process improvements

• Manage and assist in the development and maintenance of accounting files and records

• Review, recommend, and implement internal controls

• Lead the preparation for all audits.

• Provides ongoing support to the COO, the Leadership Team and internal stakeholders

• Hiring, training, developing, coaching and leading staff

About You

• CPA (or CPA In Progress)

• 5-7 years of experience from a relevant industry

• Strong full cycle accounting

Salary Range

$70,000 - $80,000/year
