Our service industry based client is looking for a resource to assist them on a part time basis for a longer term contract.
About the Opportunity
- Review tax filings for multiple provinces (Ontario & Quebec) including commodity taxes, WSIB etc
- Ensure integrity of financial records including cash & expenses, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Ensure proper and effective financial controls are in place
- Budgeting and planning
- Assist with developing useful financial reports and metrics to assist in running the business
- CPA Designated
- Able to be consultative to the owner with the ability to roll up sleeves
- Experience in professional services based company would be an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
