About the Opportunity
- Ensure business plan objectives are met
- Coordinate month-end activities including preparation of financial statements
- Coordinate the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Prepare annual financial budget and quarterly forecasts
- Display leadership and ensure equity to build an effective team
- Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure integrity and timeliness of financial activities
- Coordinate the physical inventory count & analysis of variances
- Manage monthly budget tracking processes
- Oversee product costing reviews, BOM, and work center costing
- Oversee fixed-asset reporting, tooling gross margin, & FSS reporting
- Daily monitoring of cash, AR, AP and payroll functions.
- Lead a team of 5-6 direct reports
- Coordinate divisional KPI meetings
- Ensure sound financial administration of supplier activity
- Assist with the development of annual business plans
- Assist with the coordination of year-end activities
- Prepare regulatory-required reports and submissions
- Assemble costing and submission packages for new business quotes
- Complete performance reviews for department personnel
- Ensure all personnel are working in a safe and efficient manner
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required
- Work in compliance and conform to all policies, regulations, and standards
- Stop any process where quality or safety issues are identified
- CPA
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Manufacturing Experience
Pay Rate
$60/hour
