About the Opportunity

  • Identifying through report generation potential client legal and business conflicts for new business intake and incoming legal professionals
  • Implementing and maintaining confidentiality screens
  • Accuracy and completeness of all client /matter records
  • Monitoring compliance with Firm’s conflicts checking and file opining policies
  • Monitoring compliance with Rules of Professional Conduct and Federal money laundering regulations
  • Onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Responding to general requests

About You

  • College diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office (EXCEL, Outlook, WORD) required
  • Working knowledge of any of 3E, ELITE Enterprise, Aderant and/or WALLBUILDER, an asset
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask while continuing to be well organized and accurate in work results
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills displayed with a professional attitude and manner
  • Ability to provide quick turnaround on urgent requests, while delivering accurate results
  • Ability to perform professionally while maintaining strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Salary

$55,000/year
