*Confidential* Accounts Payable Analyst - 3 Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Primary responsibility is the processing of invoices for the Accounts Payable/Finance Department
• Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; provide compliance with company policies
• Resolve issues and escalate vendor/client concerns as they arise
• Provide analysis, information and issue resolutions to internal business partners 
• Improve AP processes wherever possible
• Maintain stringent deadlines and actively assist senior finance members with any AP related work or questions
• Sort, log, photocopy, and file invoices, checks, and other documents 

About You

• 5+ years of AP experience in a mid-to-high volume environment
• SAP Business One expert, or other SAP versions expert
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
• Effective organizational, stress, and time management skills
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently or as a team member

Pay Rate

$18 - $22/hour
