About the Opportunity

  • Review incoming lease(s) and other related documents
  • Enter key data in the Lease Administration system
  • Ensure correct and timely data management in internal and client systems and databases
  • Prepare lease abstracts and processing payments/billings for Manager’s review
  • Prepare monthly Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable reports for distribution to client and senior management
  • Interact /collaborate with various internal teams such as Transaction Team, Finance
  • Other duties as assigned

About You

  • Experience with reading and interpreting lease agreements
  • Intermediate Microsoft excel skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years leasing experience
  • Basic knowledge of financial terms and accounting principles
  • Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, retro-adjustments, payments/receivables reconciliation

Salary

$45,000 - $50,000/year
