About the Opportunity
- Conduct routine collection duties on accounts receivable accounts
- Update client information to reflect appropriate account balances
- Consult various managers and directors on specific account collections
- Manage a team of collectors
- Perform any ad-hoc collection duties
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Relevant post-secondary education
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
$40,000 - $45,000/year
