Collections Lead

About the Opportunity

• Lead and guide a team of Collection Specialists for efficient cash collections.
• Oversee daily team activities and handle communication with delinquent customers.
• Address issues affecting accounts receivable and meet collection targets.
• Supervise prompt resolution of unapplied payments and collaborate on dispute resolution.
• Manage weekly cash forecasting and credit application reviews.
• Generate required weekly and monthly reports, assist in audits, and handle ad hoc projects.

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and NetSuite.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Outstanding customer service skills in stressful situations.

Salary Range
$70,000 - $75,000/year
