About the Opportunity

Engages in client collection phone calls and/or emails
Enlists the efforts of the operations and collections teams when necessary to accelerate the timely release of shipments
Ability to work independently: aligning duties with established company policy and processes
Maintains accurate documentation of all collection efforts in collections tool

About You

Ability to work independently as well as perform as a team player
Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong computer skills
3+ years of Collection experience

Pay Rate

$17 - $19/hour
