Our client is one of Canada's Top Growing Companies located in Mississauga, and they are looking to hire a Full-Time Client Business Analyst to join their team.

About the Opportunity

  • The Client Business Analyst will work directly with the company’s client's technical teams to assist with systems integration for the purpose of transmitting manifest orders, shipment updates
  • The BA will be able to take client requirements and translate those into data flows and business process mapping so that the internal BA and development teams can deliver the integrations
  • Many of the integrations and API are developed, these would be customizations to the developed solutions
  • Having exposure to how APIs and development teams work is required (you understand what client wants and match it to existing API or identify the gap)
  • Strong client facing skills, and a good technology base are also key for this position.
  • The Client BA will also lead onboarding engagements and provide technical guidance to clients’ IT personnel requiring API integration or CSV/SFTP data transmission and establish yourself as a "trusted advisor" with the client's technical team, and provide status updates to technical and non-technical teams

About You

  • Strong educational performance
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, patience, and high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Experience and interest providing exceptional customer service/technical support
  • You enjoy maintaining and nurturing client relationships
  • Basic understanding of API’s - experience working with JSON and REST-based API’s
  • Exposure to CSV/SFTP data transmission
  • Some coding exposure (ie PHP, C#, Python, Java, etc) You do not have to be a developer but have worked with development teams
  • Experience in program/product management, technology implementation, or technical project management
  • Experience with business process optimization
  • Exposure to shipping or logistics organizations is considered an asset

Salary

$90,000/year
