Our client is a global architectural firm. They are looking for a CFO to work alongside the CEO/COO, this person will be responsible for leading, planning, organizing and evaluating the operation of all accounting and finance activities.

About the Opportunity

• Lead, plan, organize and evaluate the operation of all accounting and finance activities
• Implement, maintain and improve on the controls environment in meeting and passing testing by both internal and external auditors
• Evaluate, identify, and implement a program for both qualitative and quantitative KPI’s
• Prepare financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analysis and financial management reports
• Collaborate across the business to lead, develop and maintain an annual budget
• Key contributor to a 5-year strategy plan and financial forecast
• Manage the balance sheet and develop a financial strategy that is aligned with that of the business
• Manage all banking relationships and own any relevant funding opportunities
• Interpret, analyze, prepare and contribute to the presentation of financial performance
• Participate in matters involving mergers and/or acquisitions, where appropriate

About You

• CPA
• 10-15 years of experience from the engineering/construction/professional services industry
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong project accounting and IFRS reporting experience

Salary Range

$200,000 - $250,000/year
