About the Opportunity

  • Contact suppliers and customers to collect missing master data and forms including:
    • EFT & W9 forms from suppliers
    • Tax exemption forms from customers
    • SAP-required email addresses and phone numbers
    • Missing address information
  • Update legacy ERP and data enrichment templates with information collected from suppliers and customers, collate all forms
  • Collect invoices copies for all vendors for invoice templating for SAP-Kefron
  • Contact suppliers regarding issues with their invoicing behaviour
    • Direct suppliers sending invoices by mail to use PDF submission via email
    • Instruct suppliers they must reference POs
  • Other administrative tasks as required

About You

  • 2+ year of AP experience or accounting/finance experience
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or administration
  • Available to work in office
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Post-Secondary education in accounting, finance, business administration or equivalent experience
  • Strong people skills and teamwork mentality
  • High degree of initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and keen ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent communication & teamwork skills

Pay Rate

$20 - $23/hour
