About The Opportunity
- Preparing and verifying invoices, bank deposits and performing reconciliation of AR accounts
- Following up with clients regarding account balances via phone and/or email
- Checking and evaluating credit histories and sharing with management
- Accurately posting account transactions
- Preferably 1 year of work experience in a similar position, however new grads are welcome
- Great communication skills are a must (performing collection calls)
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables) is an asset
