Cash Application Administrator - 4 Month Contract

About the Opportunity 

  • Responsible for batching cheques and bank deposit preparation
  • Process web terminal credit card transactions 
  • Balance credit card transactions to bank and posted payments in BaaN
  • Post payments into BaaN 
  • Process account adjustments as required 
  • Responsible for monitoring incoming emailed credit card payment mailbox 
  • Responsible for monitoring incoming Electronic Funds Transfer payment mailbox 
  • Responsible for taking incoming credit card payment calls from customers 
  • Responsible for setting up pre-authorized debit transactions against contracts for customers 
  • Responsible for payment reconciliation and investigation to ensure accurate customer accounts 
  • Responsible for other payment related processing as required 
  • Other duties as assigned by manager 

About You 

  • Post-Secondary Education and/or related experience 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Service-related role 
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications 
  • Customer service oriented 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Effective time management skills 
  • Basic understanding of accounting terms & concepts 

Pay Rate 

$22 - $25/hour
