About the Opportunity

Process Canadian bi-weekly payrolls
Input data and maintain updated records relating to payroll, personal information and timekeeping
Verifies payroll documents and reports for accuracy and adherence to legal mandates, policies, and operational guidelines
Responsible for completing reconciliations
Provide technical expertise for UKG/UTM platform and move to migrate manual processes into systemized processes
Responsible for quarterly and year-end processes including the preparation, reconciliation, and distribution of T4 earnings
Provides technical expertise for UKG/UTM platform

About You

Experience with UKG/UltiPro is a must
Minimum 4+ years of Payroll Experience
PCP or CPM certified
Highly proficient with MS Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Works well independently and in a team environment

Salary
$90,000/year
