About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading Automotive Finance company is looking for a University Business School graduate with internship, co-op, or a year or two of experience with any competing Automotive Finance company
Internships, Co-ops, or experience can come from, but is not limited to Sales Strategy, Reporting, Production, Logistics, Incentives, Business Controls, Effectiveness, Aftersales, Fleet Management, Retail, etc.
Assist the Internal Audit Manager with conducting audits to identify process improvements across all departments
Assist in defining Process Improvement Plan to incorporate all departments across the company
Conduct various audit tests for design and operating effectiveness based on risk assessments and prepare documentation
Conduct interviews, analyze documents, identify, obtain, and test relevant information & controls to identify areas of improvement and determine business impact.
Update and maintain risk assessments for assigned process areas, assess process design and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
Conduct subsequent testing and report on the status of closed Audits
Generate data and prepare various reports using SQL query writing, Excel, Tableau
Other ad-hoc duties as required
Assist in conducting Audit events and presentations across the company

About You

Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Operations Management, or related
Automotive Finance Industry experience is a must
High Proficiency with MS Excel
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Fast-learner with high attention to detail

Salary Range
$72,000 - $75,000/year
