About the Company  
Our client is a large third-party logistics company, and they are looking to hire a Business Analyst (WMS).

About the Opportunity

• Role will report to the Applications Manager, this "hands on" role will interface with their business areas, its managers and system users to define, design, implement, train, and provide on-going support for IT services
• The successful candidate for this position will have subject matter expertise, role will involve configuration of any WMS (SCALE preferred), documenting business processes and reporting solutions at client sites
• Role will help these clients capitalize on improving efficiencies and increasing profits
• Due to the client-centered nature of this role, travel to client sites may be required from time to time
• Please note that this position will also require participation in on-call and after-hours support based on a predefined schedule

About You

• Min 3-5 years of experience with hands-on system configuration of WMS (Windows), Functional/System Testing, Integration Testing, Test Script Writing, Training, Go-Live Support, and Post-GoLive support
• Technical and Business experience in Warehouse Management and Transportation Management
• Integration experience with third-party systems using APIs, HTML, EDI, Webservices, etc
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio)
• Experience handling SQL Databases
• Willingness to participate in on call support and travel to client sites

Bonus Items:

• Experience in implementing Manhattan SCALE WMS (Windows) ideally in a 3PL environment
• Experience using any of Manhattan's complimentary products and Manhattan’s Integration Framework (MIF) is a plus, but not required
• Experience developing an overall testing strategy, writing test scripts, configuring the Manhattan SCALE WMS solution, testing execution, communicating testing results back to clients, managing and training client personnel, developing training documentation, executing training, etc
• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management and/or Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Salary Range
$95,000-$105,000/year
