One of our Non Profit clients is seeking a highly self-motivated Business Analyst to join their technology adoption team. We are looking for a team player who enjoys challenges, understands the effects of change in an organization and is passionate about helping organizations transform. As a Business Analyst within the M365 Enterprise Team, you will work closely with employees across the various company business lines utilizing the vast M365 toolsets to plan, manage, and deliver on enterprise initiatives. About the Opportunity

  • Assesses the value and strategic impact of a business or system initiative
  • Communicates business and system changes to affected organization and executive management
  • Works as a positive influencer to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 (M365) capabilities and deliver the enablement initiatives at the pace our business desires
  • Develops appropriate change management strategies and deliverables to include impact analysis, assessments of change readiness and communications and training materials
  • Works with stakeholders to understand their learning, communication and end-user support needs related to M365
  • Collaborates with Microsoft to develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledgebase of M365 terminology, training content and reference documentation
  • Able to network and establish relationships with teams representing a cross-section that will serve as early adopters and passionate proponents of M365 capabilities
  • Creates a team atmosphere resulting in a collaborative effort for success
  • Stays up-to-date on the latest M365 advancements

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst or in a related field
  • 1+ years progressive professional experience in Microsoft M365/O365 technologies such as Office, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, etc
  • Interest in productivity adoption of the above Microsoft tools in an enterprise
  • Detail oriented with high caliber written, verbal, graphic communication skills, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, ideally gained in consulting role or internal stakeholder-facing position
  • Team player with a positive attitude, while being capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with group facilitation
  • Self-motivated with the desire to continuously learn and expand knowledge
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable

Salary Range

$80,000 - $95,000/year
