About the Company

Our client is a large North American manufacturer, looking to hire a Senior ERP Business Analyst.

About the Opportunity

The company is going through a large ERP implementation (from Nav to D365 F&O)

This team has 3-5 BAs who handle support of the old system (Nav) and support/maintenance/changes for the new system (D365)
Right now this roles is 50/50 support vs changes/projects/new features, but as more sites get D365 it will shift to more 25% support and 75% working on the new features for D365
This role will entail support. requirements gathering/documentation, testing, working with devs/vendors on config/dev of features, training, etc.
There will be some travel to the US to other sites down the road, so we are looking for someone who has no legal issues travelling to the US

About You

Proven senior-level Business Analyst experience (requirements, documentation, specs documents, testing, training, etc)
Strong experience with ERP support/config/projects - specifically Microsoft Dynamics suite (any of: Nav, GP, AX, D365)
Simple understanding of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes
Legally able to travel to the US at any time

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to commute to GTA West End 1 day a week post-Covid

Nice to have:

D365 Finance & Operations implementation experience
Scrum master certification

Manufacturing/warehousing/distribution understanding
Power BI
Simple understanding of Accounting

Salary Range

$100,000 - 115,000/year
