Business Analyst - 6 Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Review requirements/documentation with applicable internal and external stakeholders, as required
• Participate in regular meetings of project team and working committees to provide analytic expertise
• Assist with the development of Test Cases
• Develop and manage a Requirements Traceability Matrix
• Lead or participate in User Acceptance testing
• Assist with business case development, cost/benefit analysis
• Develop detailed business requirements for Business Process Maps, System use cases, workflow diagrams, data integration diagrams as needed
• Create Non-Functional Requirements, for example, Availability, Security, Audit, Geographical, Scalability, Performance, Recovery Point Objective, Disaster Recovery, Backup & Restoration, Data Classification, Data Retention
• Create functional documentation for example, Business Validations Rule, Applications, Data, Reporting, Interface & Integration, Accessibility, and Legal & Regulatory

About You

• Degree or Diploma in Health, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting the development and implementation of digital health solutions, including writing detailed business requirements (including functional and non-functional), user acceptance testing and quality assurance testing of web application and a mobile application in this domain
• Experience working in Healthcare preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of workflow analysis, modelling techniques and methods
• Experience working in an organization that utilizes agile, scrum or extreme programming is an asset
• Working knowledge of Open Source platforms and licensing models is essential
• UI/Wireframe design would be considered as an asset
• Working knowledge of FHIR Specifications
• French is an asset and strongly desired
