About the Opportunity

  • Vendor invoice entries and statement reconciliation
  • Patient billing entries and payment reconciliation
  • Credit card reconciliation and bank reconciliation
  • Maintenance of A/R and A/P documentation
  • Inter-Company reconciliation
  • Administration of purchase orders
  • Assistance in physical inventory
  • Assistance in month end / year end closing
  • Other duties as assigned by management

About You

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in Canada
  • Knowledge and skills of full cycle of accounting
  • Basic knowledge of sales tax
  • High proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
  • Strong analytical and self-learning ability
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and dead-line driven
  • Capability of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Compliance with Ontario’s vaccination protocols for COVID-19
