About the Opportunity
- Post and maintain accounting records for clients including journal entries and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks, Excel, and other ERP's
- Assist with preparing financial statements, HST returns and corporate tax returns
- Execute Accounts Payable function (ACH/EFT, Bill Payments and Cheques) and expense reports
- Execute Billings function in multiple ERP's
About You
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Experience with, and comfort with learning, multiple accounting programs
- Comfort with learning web-based applications and portals for billing
- Experience with MS Office
- QuickBooks, SAP experience are assets
Salary
$50,000 - $60,000/year
