Our client is looking for a Billings & Contract Specialist on a 6-month-to-permanent basis.

About the Opportunity

Providing customer service and support to the Account teams and their clients
Senior customer support (escalation) for all areas of customer interaction
Issuing Work orders / obtaining PO’s for Billing accounts
Negotiating, managing, and maintaining client contracts
Investigating the application of funds on account
Billing clean up clearing debits/credits

About You

5+ years of complex billings and contract management experience
Previous experience with large ERP platforms, Pivot tables & Vlookups
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to thrive in a fast paced environment

Pay Rate

$20 - $23/hour
