Bilingual Customer Service Representative - 3 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

  • Answer incoming telephone calls; determine purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • Take and forward messages or transfer calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
  • Welcome on site visitors, determine the nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Monitor visitor access and issue passes when required
  • Match customer order back up with packing slips
  • Calculate freight charges for courier shipments
  • Generating RGA’s for customers requesting to make returns
  • Data entry of monthly sales figures
  • Receive and route mail as required
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed, such faxing, scanning, filing and collating documents
  • Any other tasks assigned by supervisor, manager or senior management
  • 3-month contract position

About You

  • Bilingual requirements in English and French
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondences
  • Basic understanding of Word Processing and Spreadsheet software
  • Strong communication skills

Pay Rate

$21 - $23/hour
