About the Opportunity
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
- Keep accurate and up to date notes on customer communication
- Resolve customer issues
- Update customer contact information in system to ensure accurate records
- Investigate and resolve customer unapplied cash and contact customers regarding application issues
About You
- Undergraduate degree preferably in accounting, business, or commerce or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of collections experience in a diverse organization
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, both French and English
- Detail oriented and accuracy with numbers
Pay Rate
$23 - $25/hour
