About the Opportunity

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
Keep accurate and up to date notes on customer communication
Resolve customer issues
Update customer contact information in system to ensure accurate records
Investigate and resolve customer unapplied cash and contact customers regarding application issues

About You

Undergraduate degree preferably in accounting, business, or commerce or equivalent experience
3+ years of collections experience in a diverse organization
Excellent communication and organizational skills, both French and English
Detail oriented and accuracy with numbers

Pay Rate

$23 - $25/hour
