Bilingual Collector - 4-6 Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Identify potential losses early and acts on them with a sense of urgency, while controlling repossessions
• Negotiate total losses
• Follow up on escalated and cancelled insurance accounts
• Recommend to Supervisor, the repossession for delinquent accounts when all methods for collection have been exhausted to minimize loss ratios and repossessions to meet objectives
• Handle repossession disposal when appropriate maintaining delinquent accounts as per delinquency objectives
• Prepare and send all necessary paperwork and legal documentation to customer
• Respond to customer requests with a Customer First approach
• Complete other departmental duties as required
• Maintain customer contact notes in the Host system in accordance with company standards

About You

• 1+ years of Accounts Receivable or customer service experience
• Bilingual
• Personable, excellent communication skills
• Understanding of B2C collections is an asset

Pay Rate

$19 - $22/hour
