Bilingual Bookkeeper - 3 Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately
  • Collect on all outstanding invoices via email and phone
  • Update Accounts Receivable aging report accordingly
  • Process monthly payroll for salary employees
  • Set up new employees and issue ROEs as needed
  • Follow up on any benefit and pension related questions and provided resources as needed
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and training
  • Arranging internal meetings for quarterly performance reviews

About You

  • Fluency in French and English (Bilingual proficiency)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous working experience with Accounts Receivable and payroll desired
  • ADP WFN software considered an asset
  • Intermediate excel knowledge

Pay Rate

$22 - $25/hour
