Bilingual AP Specialist - 6 Month Contract-to-Permanent

About the Opportunity

  • Process a high volume of accounts payable payments with accuracy and efficiency 
  • Communicate with internal and external parties to resolve AP inquiries and discrepancies
  • Complete transactions within the accounting system
  • Perform ad-hoc accounts payable and general accounting tasks

About You

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
  • Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience handling full-cycle Accounts Payable in a high-volume environment
  • Proficient with Excel; pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Experience with a large ERP accounting system 

Pay Rate 
$27 - $29/hour
