About The Opportunity
- Key and proofread all accepted English and French submissions
- Proofread draft English and French manuscript after layout
Additional Duties:
- Photocopy submissions for committee review
- Assist with packaging/mailing of Young Author books and plaques
- Assist with Best Practices Awards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Executive Administration and Human Resources, or designate
About You
- Excellent French and English skills
- Proofreading experience is required
- Well-developed and current computer skills in the full Microsoft Office Suite, with accurate keyboarding skills. MS Excel is required
- Experience using mail merge (entering data into a letter) is required
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with professional telephone manner
- Proven attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure and with deadlines
Pay Rate
$28.37/hour
