About The Opportunity  

  • Collections follow-up calls to customers 
  • Resolving discrepancies (Example: If a PO doesn’t match an invoice, or missing freight orders) 
  • Setting up new customers in Epicor p21 software 
  • Backup to AP/AR 
  • Communicate discoveries to managers 

About You  

  • 2+ years of experience handling similar duties 
  • Bilingual French and English is a must 
  • P21 Epicor software experience is a strong asset  
  • Tech savvy 

Pay Rate 
$20 - $24/hour
