Our client is a well-known Canadian brand and they are looking to hire a BI Manager.

About the Opportunity

• The BI Manager will manage a team of BI Analysts who support the various business units with Reporting solutions (mostly PowerBI and Qliksense/Qlikview drawn out of an SAP BW data warehouse sitting on MSSQL servers).
• We are looking for a hands-on manager who still has strong technical skills with PowerBI and SQL (to be able to coach team members and occasionally help out with reporting/support during peak periods) and someone who has strong team management skills (performance reviews, tough conversations, hiring/firing, coaching/development)

• Very strong SQL skills (complex queries, tuning, etc)
• Strong hands-on PowerBI experience
• Experience managing teams - performance management, coaching, training and development
• Good communication skills to deal with stakeholders

• Qlikview or Qliksense
• SAP BW

Salary Range
$115,000/year
