Azure Data Architect (Closed)

About the Company 

Our client is a large international company and they are looking to hire an Azure Data Architect.  

About the Opportunity 

• This is a BI/DW architect with expertise in Microsoft stack (MSSQL DW, SSIS/SSAS, PowerBI) with Azure experience - ADF, Synapse, Azure Data Lake services, etc 

• This role will be 20-40% hands-on (especially during implementation/POC phases) and 60-80% architecture/design/standards/etc  

• Very complex data sets (international locations, 5+TB and growing, tabular models)  

• This is a “green field” Azure data environment implementation 

About You 

• SME on MSSQL stack - Data Warehousing, ETL, SSIS, SSAS, PowerBI 

• Strong solution design / architecture of the above MSSQL tools/components, including tabular models 

• Strong project/implementation experience of production data systems 

• Experience with Azure Data implementations (ADF, Synapse, Data Lake services, etc) 

• Ability to commute to Caledon location 3 days a week 

• MSSQL and Azure certifications 

Salary Range 

$135,000/year
