About the Opportunity

• Review of monthly income distribution calculations for investments funds 

• Oversight of year-end capital gains distribution process 

• Assist with drafting investment tax policy guidelines 

• Coordinate tax slip production with fund administrator for mutual funds and ETFs 

• Review of annual tax returns for investment funds including trusts, corporations, partnerships and U.S. entities 

• Oversee HST related matters, including calculation of provincial attribution rates and review of HST returns 

• Various other tax related oversight including matters related to Flow-Through funds, FATCA/CRS, and PFIC 

• Assist with financial statement review for audited annual and semi-annual financial statements 

• Assist with monitoring fund operating budgets 

• Provide support with fund launches, mergers, and terminations 

• Provide operational support for fund audits 

About You

• 3+ years of investment fund operations experience, with a focus on tax 

• University degree in accounting or finance 

• CPA designation would be as asset 

Salary Range

$90,000 - $100,000/year
