About the Opportunity

• Supporting the monthly close cycle for the Alternative Business Unit
  • Manage and roll-forward monthly R&O File for team reviews
  • Maintain and update segment OH reporting and forecast file; in addition, identifying Risks and Opps in the forecast and providing detailed variance analysis
  • Journal entry preparation and reconciliations
  • Monthly Canada Reporting
  • Evaluation and streamlining of processes
• Internal controls and financial stewardship
  • Partner with sales teams to review customer promotional plans
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly trade funds review documentation and files
• Purchase Order Management
  • Review Sales team purchase order submissions for accuracy and detail
  • Support accrual analysis of PO’s
  • Evaluation and streamlining of processes
• Ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed
  • Budget planning and initiatives tracking
  • Process improvement initiatives

About You

• CPA
• 2-3 years of financial analyst experience
• Working knowledge or ability to learn SAP operating system environment and BI tools

Salary Range

$85,000 - $95,000/year
