Our client is a privately owned construction company looking for an Assistant Controller to join their organization and be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounting function.

About the Opportunity

• Perform and manage full cycle accounting function
• Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll staff and functions
• Monthly review of accounts and financial statements for multiple companies
• Prepare government remittance including HST and corporate tax installments
• Assist with report development and maintenance including financial statement, equipment and operational reporting
• Assist with inventory analytics and year end inventory count procedures
• Complete variance analysis and other financial analytics

About You

• CPA
• 3-5 + years of related accounting or finance experience with people management
• Construction/manufacturing industry experience

Salary Range

$80,000 - $100,000/year
