About The Opportunity

Assist with full accounts receivable cycle – from credit reference checks, to suggesting approval limits, to invoicing, to collections
Generate and distribute invoices to customers via email with proper requested documents in a timely manner
Prepare accounts receivable reconciliations
Audit and complete all invoices and post to accounting software

About You

2+ years of AR experience (invoicing experience)
Basic MS Excel
Great communication skills
Transportation industry experience is an asset

Pay Rate

$22 - $23/hour
