- Preparing and calculating invoices
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Handling collections duties and account reconciliations
- Handle administrative duties such as filing and faxing documents
- 2+ years of full cycle Accounts Receivable experience
- Sage experience is a strong asset
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry
- Strong Communication skills
