About the Opportunity

• Actively manage all accounts receivable duties
• Leading the billing and collections teams
• Assist with collecting overdue accounts
• Ensure customers payments are accurately applied
• Reconcile AR accounts to the general ledger accounts
• Maintain customer collection notes in the accounting system
• Report and correspond regularly with management regarding AR status and issues
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

About You

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• At least 5 years of experience as accounts receivable manager or supervisor
• The ability to work accurately and independently
• Experience with accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• An eye for detail along with excellent analytical skills
• Excellent report writing skills
• Strong time and people management skills

Salary

$65,000 - $73,000/year
