About the Opportunity
- Prepare and issue sales invoices and liaise with project leads before issuing to customers
- Process cash applications
- Assist with the preparation of month-end accruals
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounts receivable & invoicing experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills (familiar with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with a large ERP system (MS Business Central, Navision, Dynamics GP preferred)
$28 - $30/hr
