About the Company 

Our client is a well-known successful retailer, and they are looking to hire an Application Delivery Manager. 

About the Opportunity 

• Role suitable for a Senior developer with Scrum/Agile lead experience, someone who has formally or informally led small dev teams 

• This role would be responsible for hands on developing and modifying source code for software applications with a focus on E-comm, POS, DevOps, Web app, cloud development and microservice, while supporting & mentoring the team 

• Development – 70% (90% backend – RestAPI to integrate to their e-comm for order management, POS. 10% front end – UI – Asp.net, Bootstrap) Architecture – 20% and HR/Admin (Team management) – 10% and code reviews twice a week 

• Needs to be flexible to be available after hours for incidents/releases as needed 

• Experience in any DBs, .Net (.Net Core highly preferable) and SQL knowledge. Opportunity to learn CI/CD, Elastic search, Redis, AWS, Azure 

About You 

• Senior level development skills in C# and .NET Framework 4.6+ (.NET Core preferred) 

• In a Senior Developer capacity, directly or indirectly leading/managing a team or has the capability to lead 

• Strong experience with Scrum/Agile 

• Front-end exposure (HTML/CSS/JS) 

• Exposure to application/API design/architecture 

• Ability to commute to Mississauga 

• Exposure to automated testing/deployment 

• Experience with Azure or AWS. 

• Elastic Beanstalk, Elastic Search, Redis, S3 and Cognito 

• MYSQL, .NET Core 2.2+ 

• Experience with Payment gateways, POS and E-comm platforms 

• Ruby on Rails 

• Xamarin iOS development 

• Experience in delivering IT solutions in the retail industry is an asset. 

• Scrum Master skill set would be an asset 

Salary Range 

$125,000/year
