Coding and entering invoices
Preparing financial expenses reports and statements
Supervising and updating accounts payable records
Supervising and preparing reconciliations of accounts

About You

1-2+ years of Accounts Payable Manager/Supervisor/Team Lead experience
3+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience
Oracle and/or GP required
Strong communication skills and able to work independently
Comfortable working in MS Excel

Pay Rate

$26 - $30/hour
