AP Specialist - 3 Month Contract

About the Opportunity  

  • Process a high volume of accounts payable invoices accurately  
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve issues or complete payments 
  • Perform various functions in Microsoft Excel   
  • Provide ad-hoc accounting, data entry, and administrative support 

About You 

  • 2+ years of relevant experience handling full-cycle accounts payable duties
  • Familiarity with a large accounting system and proficient with Microsoft Excel 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Pay Rate 
$23 - $25/hour
