About the Opportunity

  • Receive and sort invoices, check invoices for accuracy and code invoices
  • Prepare for cheque and electronic payments
  • Setup new vendors in accounting system
  • Process payments
  • Check batch
  • Subcontract invoices
  • Reconcile vendor accounts
  • Maintain tracking for invoices
  • Prepare and process commission payables according to contracts
  • Banking duties, deposits and administrative duties as required

About You

  • 3+/+ years AP experience in real estate residential mid-size to large firm
  • Excellent knowledge of full cycle accounts payable and impact on financials
  • Must know how subcontracts work
  • Superior communication/interpersonal skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft excel, test required
