About the Opportunity

Processing Accounts Payable invoices in a fairly high volume (70-100 per day)
Three way matching invoices, need to carefully look for discrepancies
Batching, Coding invoices
Reconciling Supplier Statements (aged information, outstanding invoices)
Communicating regularly with suppliers
Processing cheques and electronic payments
Data Entry
Ad-Hoc Duties

About You

2-6 years applicable Accounts Payable experience
College/university diploma/degree with specialization in accounting is preferred
Working experience with MS office suite, especially Excel
DOS based ERP experience, like AS400 is highly preferred
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Three way matching experience
Strong reconciliations experience
Very good at learning new procedures and software

Pay Rate

$20 - $23/hour
