Analyst, Regulatory Compliance - 6-12 Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Work with our client, lawyers and the Legal Project Management and other business services teams to continue development of an innovative global regulatory requirements database for financial services companies
• Monitor, track and move issues to resolution to ensure that the project meets Firm standards and client expectations
• Develop project and portfolio documentation and reports, including financial reports and issue status reports
• Assist with the coordination of a global legal team within the company and with third party law firms that gathers, reviews, and classifies global financial regulations and other legal instruments
• Review and analysis of database content
• Supervise a local team of business services professionals who work closely with the legal team to manage database content, including updating and make changes to content and amending and restructuring data

About You

• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial regulatory compliance
• Minimum bachelor’s degree required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and the ability to learn new applications
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a key contributor
• Comfortable working with and leading teams of lawyers and other legal personnel
• Understanding of regulatory regimes and issues or financial services compliance regimes

Pay Rate

$25 - $33/hour
