About the Opportunity
- Will acquire in-depth knowledge of software (Active Directory, SharePoint, information management, document management, property management, finance, etc.)
- Completes data entry in a timely and accurate manner
- Completes essential job duties thoroughly in a timely manner as per established target dates
- Provide inventory management of all electronic equipment/devices
- Assist/Perform with providing employee set-up on Active Directory, computer and communication set-up, orientation and systems training
- Provides Level 1 helpdesk technical support/liaise with the workforce (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.)
- Provides Level 1 support of communication systems (turbo sticks, cell and deskside phones)
- Provides support to the IT team as needed
- Resolve conflict and build trust
- Remains current and informed regarding broader organizational information
- Knowledgeable and pursues resources available in the community applicable to position
- Performs other duties as assigned
About You
- A post-secondary diploma/degree or certificate in Information Technology & Services or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year full time relevant work experience in a data-rich IT environment
- Extremely curious, enjoys asking questions, and has a proven ability to come up with creative solutions to difficult problems
- Demonstrated ability to apply time-management in a changing environment including effective conflict resolution
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle, up to date insurance and a valid driving license
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft environment including but not limited to Active Directory and SharePoint
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational skills including decision making, problem solving, negotiation, planning, ability to prioritize, etc
- Demonstrates independent problem-solving skills
Salary
$50,000/year
