About the Opportunity
- Assisting a group of 8 people (both on and off-site)
- Assisting in drafting documents
- Following up on payments with clients
- Monitoring and following up on timesheets
- Assisting with follow up with actors and agents regarding any missing information
- Assisting with following up on the invoice and what the currency (CAD, US, etc.) entails
About You
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills; everything is tracked in Excel and some formulas are required
- Administrative experience an asset
- Enjoys organization
Pay Rate
$15 - $17/hour
