Admin Assistant - 3 Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

  • Roll forward and lock down files
  • Archiving files
  • Preparing courtesy letters
  • Preparing engagement letters
  • Emailing o/s invoices to clients
  • Any other support for the partners/managers (outside of assemblies & efiling)
  • Assembling financial statement packages primarily for notice to readers

About You

  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional services experience (Accounting firm experience is a strong asset)
  • TaxPrep or Caseware software is an asset

Pay Rate

$18 - $20/hour
